Aine-Marie is an entrepreneur, lecturer, mentor, chef, explorer, artist, and healing alchemist. She has more than 30 years of diverse, well-rounded experience in the fields of bio-individual nutrition and functional medicine, health coaching, predictive analysis and testing, alternative healing therapies, meditation, medical Qigong, education and she can even write some software code if put to the test. Her current focus is providing wellness programs that will support and motivate women to transform autoimmune and other health challenges into empowered healthy lives. Her undergraduate work focused on complementary and alternative medicine and she has post-graduate certifications in nutrition, gluten-related conditions, health coaching, acupressure, bio-energetics and vibrational medicine. She has also studied Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong, homeopathics, herbs, vibrational resonance therapy and has learned esoteric healing from numerous mentors in various disciplines from around the world. She has published several eBooks on health and wellness, lectured and taught classes on nutrition, alternative healing therapies and Qigong. She is currently pursuing genetics and personalized precision health care solutions so that women can continue to experience more profound healing and relief from their symptoms and pain, empower their lives, and reconnect to their wellness vision and desire to become their “best healthy self”.
